We carefully inspect every item before shipping to ensure you receive products of the highest quality. Please review our return and exchange policy below, which is based on the shipping method used for your order.


Important Exceptions
 Swimwear: Due to hygiene standards, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged once received. We kindly ask you to consult our size guide carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about sizing, please reach out to us for assistance before your purchase.


Returns for Local Orders (Ukraine & Turkey)
For orders delivered via local carriers (Nova Poshta, Yurtici Kargo), the following conditions apply:
 You may return or exchange accessories and clothing items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


International Orders (DHL Express)
Due to the complexities of international logistics, all orders shipped via DHL Express are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless a manufacturing defect is identified.


How to Submit a Request:
1 Contact us at deviatka.swim@gmail.com or via Instagram Direct, providing your order number and the reason for your request.
2 In case of a manufacturing defect, please include clear photographs of the item.
3 Once your request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.
4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we have received the item and verified its condition.
